Priyanka Chopra Lights Up Friday With Her Most Enchanting Desi Look. See Pics, Video
Priyanka Chopra radiated timeless grandeur in a meticulously crafted ivory lehenga-styled saree adorned with intricate gold and floral detailing.
Priyanka Chopra has always understood the grammar of grand Indian occasion wear, but her recent appearance in Hyderabad is a reminder of why she remains in a league of her own. Favouring craftsmanship over theatrics, she stepped into an ivory palette that felt meditative, refined and rooted in tradition. The look, styled by Ami Patel, leaned into old-world Indian couture — highly detailed, ornate, and rich in texture — yet carried the ease and natural authority Priyanka is known for. Across all the photos, the actress radiated a quiet Devi-esque power, matching her caption perfectly.
Taking to Instagram, Priyanka Chopra shared stunning photos of herself in the ivory lehenga-styled saree.

A gorgeous video of Priyanka Chopra in the Anamika Khanna creation also made its way online and quickly went viral.
Have a look at the video here:
Her custom Anamika Khanna saree was built on a sheer, lightly crinkled base embroidered with dense floral threadwork at the hem that gradually softened as it rose across the drape. The scalloped gold-detailed border added definition to the pallu, especially where it was pinned neatly on the shoulder.
At the waist, a beaded kamar patta cinched the silhouette without disturbing the natural fall of the fabric. In wider frames, the lehenga-style skirt’s volume became fully visible — its elaborate embroidery, shimmer accents and scalloped edge giving the ensemble a regal, almost temple-inspired finish.
The accompanying blouse mirrored the same design language with short sleeves, compact embroidery and a sculpted sweetheart neckline that framed her heavy jewellery rather than competed with it.
Priyanka Chopra’s accessory story was deliberately maximalist. She wore a multi-layered kundan-and-pearl choker, paired with matching earrings, stacked gold kadas, and a round maang tikka that anchored her centre-parted hair.
In some shots, the kamarbandh’s pastel embellishments caught the light beautifully, adding a soft contrast to the ivory tones.
Her beauty look stayed warm and seamless: diffused brows, a soft wing, shimmer on the lids and a rose-toned lip that kept everything in the same tonal mood as the saree. Her hair is styled in a low centre-parted braid with loose face-framing tendrils.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Priyanka Chopra was last seen in ‘Heads of State’, co-starring Idris Elba and John Cena.
She will soon be seen in ‘The Bluff’, where she plays a 19th-century Caribbean pirate, and is also gearing up for the highly anticipated second season of ‘Citadel’.
Priyanka is also set to return to Indian cinema with SS Rajamouli’s ‘Varanasi’, co-starring Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The movie’s first look was unveiled recently.
