Talking about Nikita Dutta’s career, the actress competed in the 2012 edition of Femina Miss India and finished as one of the finalists.
Later, she made her Bollywood debut with romantic comedy ‘Lekar Hum Deewana Dil’ (2014). She featured in a supporting role. However, the film failed to make a mark at the box office.
She then tasted success with her TV appearances in shows like ‘Dream Girl - Ek Ladki Deewani Si’, ‘Ek Duje Ke Vaaste’ and ‘Haasil’.
Over the years, Nikita Dutta has been featured in several Bollywood films including ‘The Big Bull’, ‘Dybbuk’, ‘Kabir Singh’, ‘Gold’ and ‘Lust Stories’.
Nikita Dutta recently made her Marathi film debut with ‘Gharat Ganpati’. The film released in cinemas on July 26 this year.
The film also stars Bhushan Pradhan, Ashish Pathode, Pari Telang, Sameer Khandekar, Rupesh Bane, Rajasi Bhave, Sharad Bhutadia, Sushama Deshpande, Sanjay Mone, Shubhangi Latkar, Shubhangi Gokhale, Ajinkya Deo and Ashvini Bhave.
‘Gharat Ganpati’ is directed by Navjyot Narendra Bandiwadekar and produced by Namrata Bandiwadekar, Navjyot Bandiwadekar, and Sandeep Kale.
