Bollywood actress Disha Patani’s fashion vocabulary has always been rooted in glamour, confidence and a willingness to make even familiar silhouettes feel distinctly her own. From slinky gowns and bodycon dresses to corsets, sarees and embellished Indian wear, the actress rarely shies away from a statement. Her approach to traditional dressing is particularly interesting, often balancing heritage-inspired craftsmanship with sensual, contemporary styling. Whether she is experimenting with drapes or embracing intricate embroidery, Disha knows how to command attention. Her latest richly detailed red lehenga offers yet another example of that signature aesthetic.

A stunning video of Disha Patani in the red lehenga also made its way online. She wore this lehenga while attending the Ambani family’s Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations.

The red ethnic ensemble featured handcrafted motifs, a tonal embroidered blouse and a leheriya dupatta. The voluminous lehenga was the hero of the look, covered in elaborate vertical patterns before opening into ornate floral and paisley-inspired motifs in deep red, blue-green, muted gold and earthy tones. Dense metallic detailing added richness throughout, while a dramatic textured gold-toned border gave the sweeping hem extra weight and grandeur.

The coordinating blouse offered a more sensual counterpoint. Crafted over a sheer neutral base, it came densely embroidered in red with geometric and floral patterns. Short cap sleeves framed the shoulders, while the dramatically plunging neckline gave the traditional ensemble a contemporary edge. At the back, the blouse featured a low square opening finished with tie-up tassels. Disha Patani completed the three-piece look with a sheer red leheriya dupatta, embellished with sequins and framed by an ornate embroidered border.
Her styling leaned unapologetically maximalist. Large chandelier earrings from Jagat Jewels framed her face, while an elaborate stack of antique gold-toned, stone-studded bangles from Vihira Jewels and Rihaan Jewels covered one wrist. A large floral statement ring from Suman’s Jewellery provided another sparkling accent.
For beauty, Disha Patani wore her long dark hair loose in dramatically voluminous, windswept waves, with a deep side sweep creating an old-school cinematic effect. Her makeup complemented rather than competing with the ornate outfit: softly smoky, defined eyes with fluttery lashes, sculpted brows, luminous skin, warm blush and glossy rosy lips.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Disha Patani was last seen in ‘Awarapan 2’ alongside Emraan Hashmi. The movie, which released in theatres on August 14, clashed with Sunny Deol’s ‘Batwara 1947’. ‘Awarapan 2’ earned over Rs 210 crore worldwide.
Prior to this, she featured in ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, the third installment of the ‘Welcome’ franchise. Directed by Ahmed Khan, the film also starred Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon, Arshad Warsi, Suniel Shetty, and Jacqueline Fernandez, among others.
