Indian actors Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth got married earlier this week, and the wedding pictures seemed to be straight out of a fairytale. The duo tied the knot in a private ceremony at the 400-year-old Sri Ranganayaka Swamy Temple, Srirangapur, in the Wanaparthy district of Telangana. The temple is a popular destination for both devotees as well as tourists.
In an interview with Vogue India, Aditi Rao Hydari revealed that the temple holds a deep personal significance for her family.
For the unversed, the actress comes from Hyderabad nobility. Her father Ahsan Hydari, was the grandson of Akbar Hydari, a former Prime Minister of Hyderabad.
The actress also has royal connections on her mother’s side. Her mother, Vidya Rao, is the step-daughter of Raja J Rameshwar Rao, the head of the Wanaparthy royal family, an esteemed estate under the Nizam of Hyderabad.
For their wedding, Aditi and Siddharth opted to wear Sabyasachi creations.
Aditi Rao Hydari, who was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar', was seen wearing a handwoven Maheshwari tissue lehenga paired with a Benarasi tissue dupatta.
On the other hand, Siddharth was seen wearing a white silk kurta, along with a traditional dhoti and veshti of his own.
For the unversed, the duo started dating during the filming of their 2021 movie 'Maha Samudram'. Since then, they have often been papped together, however, they always remained tight-lipped about their relationship.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Siddharth was last seen in Shankar's 'Indian 2', which also stars Kamal Haasan. The film, tanked at the box office, and it also received negative reviews from all corners.
Talking about Aditi Rao Hydari, she was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Hindi web series 'Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar', alongside Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chadha, Manisha Koirala, Sharmin Segal, Shekhar Suman and Fardeen Khan.
