The new release date of ‘Baby John’, starring Varun Dhawan in the lead role, is finally out.
Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan, who was last seen alongside Janhvi Kapoor in the 2023 Hindi movie ‘Bawaal’, made his acting debut alongside Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra in Karan Johar’s 2012 film ‘Student of the Year’. After making his Bollywood debut, Varun Dhawan delivered numerous successful performances in movies like ‘Badlapur’, ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’, ‘Judwaa 2’, ‘October’, and ‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’. His charismatic screen presence and dancing prowess have earned him a large fan base. The Bollywood actor is now gearing up for the release of his upcoming film ‘Baby John’.
Varun Dhawan’s ‘Baby John’ was set to release on May 31, 2024. However, the movie got postponed and fans were eagerly waiting for the new release date. And now, the new release date of ‘Baby John’ has been announced.
Taking to Instagram, Varun Dhawan shared the new release date of ‘Baby John’ along with a new poster featuring himself. “Christmas this year just got merrier. Brace yourselves for Baby John releasing on December 25th,” the caption of Varun’s post read.

For the unversed, Varun Dhawan could be gearing up for a big box office clash as Akshay Kumar’s ‘Welcome To The Jungle’ is set to release on December 20, 2024.
Aamir Khan, who was last seen in the 2022 Hindi movie ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, is also planning to release his upcoming movie ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ on Christmas 2024.
“I started shooting for my next film last week. We are trying to release it on Christmas this year. Let’s hope it comes by Christmas,” The Indian Express quoted Aamir Khan as saying.
Coming back to ‘Baby John’, the film marks the Hindi film debut of Keerthy Suresh and also features Wamiqa Gabbi. The action entertainer’s star cast also includes Jackie Shroff and Rajpal Yadav.
Directed by A. Kaleeswaran, ‘Baby John’ marks Varun Dhawan’s first collaboration with A. Kaleeswaran and Atlee, who is producing the movie.
Besides Atlee, the film is produced by Murad Khetani, Priya Atlee, and Jyoti Deshpande. The project is presented by Jio Studios in association with A for Apple Studios and Cine1 Studios.
For the unversed, ‘Baby John’ is the official Hindi remake of director Atlee’s ‘Theri’, which starred Thalapathy Vijay, Samantha and Amy Jackson.
