Indian actress Sonam Bajwa has done it again. The Punjabi cinema superstar, who has been steadily carving out a place in Hindi films, has set Instagram abuzz with a striking new photo series from a fitness-themed studio shoot – and she has rolled it out in not one but two drops over the past day. The first set arrived roughly seventeen hours ago, led by a poised studio portrait that racked up more than 286K likes, with actor Arjun Kapoor among those who hit the heart button.

Never one to take herself too seriously, Sonam Bajwa paired the images with a cheeky line – “Used to serve workouts, currently serving Physiotherapy” – giving the athletic shoot a playful, self-aware spin. She credited the frames to photographer @taransodhi.

Talking about the look, Sonam anchored the shoot in a teal scoop-neck sports bra and blush-toned high-waisted bike shorts, topping it off with a blue LA baseball cap worn backwards for that effortless, sporty-cool energy. A navy velour tracksuit jacket was knotted casually around her waist in several frames, while tan sneakers and crisp white crew socks completed the streetwear-meets-gym aesthetic.

The series unfolded in two distinct moods. The colour frames leaned into a cool blue-grey studio backdrop with a soft halo of light glowing behind her, showing off strong, confident poses. The black-and-white shots, by contrast, turned up the drama – high-contrast lighting sculpting every line as she moved from standing power poses to sleek floor-level frames. The back half of the shoot leaned fully into a boxing motif, with Sonam Bajwa kneeling beside a pair of red-and-blue USI boxing gloves and, in one shot, cradling them close.
