'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' Teaser: Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh Star In Karan Johar's Trademark Love Story, Shah Rukh Khan Approves
The much-awaited teaser of 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' is out now!
The wait is over as Karan Johar has finally unveiled the teaser of his much-anticipated directorial 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani'. The new Hindi romantic movie stars Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi in lead roles. The one-minute 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' teaser does not reveal anything about the plot of the new Hindi movie, however it shows the lavish world Karan Johar has created for his theatrical comeback.
For the unversed, 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' is Karan Johar's first directorial since 2016's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. In the interim period, he had helmed two short films for the Netflix anthologies 'Lust Stories' and 'Ghost Stories'.

Looking at the 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' teaser, it looks like the new Hindi movie has been shot in various gorgeous locations. We also see moments of love and turmoil between the two central characters.
The teaser of the new Hindi movie was launched by Shah Rukh Khan on social media handles. SRK happens to be a very close friend of Karan Johar and he has collaborated with the director for projects like 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai', 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham', and 'My Name Is Khan'.
Taking to Instagram, SRK wrote: "Wow Karan 25 years as a filmmaker. You’ve come a long way baby!! Your father and my friend Tom uncle must be seeing this from heaven and feeling extremely happy and proud. Have always told you to make more and more films because we need the ethereal magic of love being brought to life… like only u can do. #RockyAurRanikiPremKahaani teaser is looking beautiful. 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' is slated to release in the theatres on July 28.
Ranveer Singh was last seen in 2022 film 'Cirkus' while Alia Bhatt was last seen in 'Brahmastra: Part One Shiva'.
Alia Bhatt will also be starring in Netflix film 'Heart of Stone' which also has Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan in lead roles.
