Bollywood fans witnessed a warm reunion on Wednesday night as Ranveer Singh made time from his packed schedule to attend the special screening of his friend Farhan Akhtar’s war drama ‘120 Bahadur’ in Mumbai. The actor arrived in an all-black kurta–pyjama look, smiling brightly as he walked into the venue to support Farhan, who stars in the film based on the heroic Battle of Rezang La. The moment the two spotted each other, they exchanged a heartfelt hug, instantly sending the internet into nostalgic overdrive.

The screening turned into a mini–Bollywood gathering, with big names like Hrithik Roshan, Rekha, Waheeda Rehman, and Tiger Shroff also marking their presence. But it was the Ranveer-Farhan moment that stole the spotlight.
After their embrace, Farhan guided Ranveer toward the red carpet, where the duo chatted animatedly before posing for the paparazzi. Several pictures and videos of their interaction spread rapidly across social media platforms, sparking a wave of fan reactions.
For fans, the reunion doubled as a reminder of their eagerly awaited collaboration – ‘Don 3’. The excitement stems from Farhan Akhtar’s August 2023 announcement, which confirmed that Ranveer Singh would take on the mantle of the new Don. In the stylised teaser, Ranveer lit a cigarette with his back to the camera before turning around and introducing himself as Don – stepping into a role previously played by legends Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan.

Though Kiara Advani was initially rumoured to be cast opposite him, recent reports now suggest that Kriti Sanon has bagged the role. The plot details remain tightly guarded.
Meanwhile, Farhan Akhtar’s upcoming film ‘120 Bahadur’ will see him portray Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, a revered hero of the 1962 Indo-China war. Directed by Razneesh “Razy” Ghai and jointly produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar (Excel Entertainment), and Amit Chandrra, the film has been shot across Ladakh, Rajasthan, and Mumbai. It is set to hit theatres on November 21.
Ranveer Singh, on the other hand, is gearing up for the release of his action-packed comeback, ‘Dhurandhar’, directed by Aditya Dhar. The film also stars Arjun Rampal, Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, and Sara Arjun. Produced by Aditya Dhar, Jyoti Deshpande, and Lokesh Dhar, ‘Dhurandhar’ will release in cinemas on December 5.
