Content creator Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry, has become the talk of the showbiz world lately due to his unhinged social media posts, making no efforts to hide the tension between him and old friends Ibrahim Ali Khan and Sara Ali Khan. And he is showing no signs of stepping back from his ongoing fallout with Sara Ali Khan and her family. The influencer has once again stirred controversy by taking a pointed swipe at Sara’s brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan, calling him “the most besharam in the industry”.

Orry recently reignited the drama during his appearance on a podcast hosted by Elvish Yadav. A promo clip from the episode has surfaced on social media and is currently grabbing widespread attention. In the teaser, Elvish is seen asking Orry, “Industry main besharam kaun hai?” (Who is shameless in the industry?). Without hesitation, Orry replied, “Ibrahim Ali Khan.” When asked to explain his statement, Orry flashed a smile and added, “Call him to your podcast.”

During the same conversation, Orry also opened up about how his friendship with Sara Ali Khan began, addressing perceptions about his proximity to Bollywood celebrities. “Aisa nahi hai ke ek group chat hai Bollywood stars ki aur ek din unhone mujhe add kiya,” he said, clarifying that he didn’t suddenly become friends with film personalities overnight.

Recalling how he first connected with Sara, Orry shared that it all started on the now-defunct platform AskFM, where he frequently received questions about her. He revealed that he even messaged Sara on Facebook to inform her about it, despite not having met her at the time. Their first in-person meeting happened in New York, where a mutual friend had arranged a dinner. Although the friend fell asleep, Sara showed up, and the two went out for dinner, eventually meeting more often and forming a close friendship.

The tension between the former friends has dominated social media for several days now. Orry has repeatedly taken digs at Sara, including mocking her name, her career, and even dragging Palak Tiwari and Sara’s mother, Amrita Singh, into the controversy.

Recently, netizens noticed that Sara and Ibrahim had unfollowed Orry on Instagram. When asked whether he had unfollowed them too, Orry responded bluntly, “Long ago, bro. They just caught up.” The rift became more apparent after Orry posted – and later deleted – a reel referencing “3 worst names,” which many interpreted as a dig at Sara, Amrita Singh and Palak Tiwari.

The controversy escalated further after Orry shared a reel on January 26. While the video initially seemed harmless, his sarcastic response to a fan’s question about his outfit sparked outrage. Asked what the top was “holding together,” Orry quipped, “Sara Ali Khan’s hits.”

In an interview with Hindustan Times, Orry addressed the fallout, stating that he had unfollowed Sara a while ago and hadn’t followed Ibrahim in years. He added that maintaining a friendship with Sara would mean overlooking the “trauma” he claims her mother caused him. “If Amrita Singh were to apologise, I could maybe see myself letting it go in the future,” he said.

Sara Ali Khan and her family have not issued any response to Orry’s remarks so far.
