Bollywood actress Malaika Arora has weighed in on a viral controversy involving Bhojpuri star Khesari Lal Yadav, expressing her displeasure over a red carpet incident that has sparked widespread discussion online. The controversy erupted after a video from the red carpet of Amazon Prime Video's 'Battleground' surfaced on social media. In the clip, a street dog can be seen being forcefully pulled away by event staff moments before Khesari Lal posed for photographs.
The actor remained in place and did not intervene or react to the situation, a detail that drew criticism from several social media users. Reacting to the viral clip, Malaika shared the video on her Instagram Story and publicly criticised the Bhojpuri actor, adding her voice to the growing backlash over the incident.
Sharing the video, she wrote, “WTFF r these people ya??? N who is this guy standing n posing??? DISGUSTING.”
