“My dear friend Rani is here. She was a little baby when we started. The first scene we did was the passing away scene in the hospital. She was so wonderful and is one of my favourite actors of all times. I have said this before, but very few of us get the opportunity, via the audience, which would be you, your parents, your elder brothers and sisters, who saw the film so many years ago. I am extremely grateful to Mr Yash Chopra, Yash Johar and their two sons who became my friends, Aditya Chopra and Karan Johar. If it wasn’t for these four people I would not have become the star I am. So, I am very touched when a film like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai stands the test of time,” Shah Rukh said while interacting with fans.
In one of the videos going viral on social media, SRK can be seen thanking the entire cast of 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai', and it was then that a fan in the crowd reminded him that he has missed mentioning the name of Salman Khan.
"Woh interval ke baad aayega, my speech till that point isn’t over yet! I am mentioning in the order of appearance. In fact, I will mention Rani when she returns as a ghost," said SRK.
