Durga Puja 2024: Kajol Catches Up With Rani Mukerji, Duo Perform Aarti Together. Watch
Kajol and Rani Mukerji were seen chatting at a Durga Puja pandal.
The festive season is in full swing in India. It started with Raksha Bandhan 2024 and will end with Bhai Dooj. Navratri and Durga Puja are currently underway. And we are seeing several Bollywood stars stepping out in Mumbai for pandal hopping. Cousins Kajol and Rani Mukerji were all smiles as they took part in the Durga Puja celebrations in Mumbai. The ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ co-stars were seen chatting, greeting each other's family and friends. The duo was also seen posing inside the pandal on Wednesday evening.
Kajol and Rani were seen standing in front of the idol of Goddess Durga. As the aarti began with the beats of the dhak, the two actresses were seen clapping along.
In the viral videos, Rani Mukerji can be seen dressed in a blue, printed silk saree, whereas Kajol looked gorgeous in a yellow saree. In another video, Kajol can be seen with her sister Tanishaa Mukerji.
Kajol was also seen seeking blessings in another video and Rani stood beside her in front of the priests with folded hands.

Speaking about Rani Mukerji, the actress had recently attended the IIFA Awards ceremony in Abu Dhabi. It was there that she won the Best Actress award for her performance in last year's 'Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway'.
She was seen on the stage with Shah Rukh Khan, who won the Best Actor award for his performance in Atlee's 'Jawan'.
Talking about Kajol, the actress is currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming Netflix film 'Do Patti', which also stars Kriti Sanon. The Hindi film is slated to release in cinemas on October 25, 2024.
The movie marks the second collaboration between Kajol and Kriti, after 2015's 'Dilwale', which also starred Shah Rukh Khan and Varun Dhawan.
