SYNOPSIS

Josh is a 2000 Indian Hindi-language romantic action-musical film directed by Mansoor Khan and produced by Venus Films. Released on 9 June 2000, the film stars Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai as twin siblings, alongside Chandrachur Singh, Priya Gill and Sharad Kapoor. The story is heavily inspired by the classic 1961 Hollywood musical West Side Story.

•    Casting Trivia: Salman Khan was initially offered a role but declined because he did not want to play Aishwarya Rai's brother. Aamir Khan also turned down the role of Prakash because he felt it was too small compared to Max.
