SYNOPSIS

R. Madhavan did not star in a film titled Shivam, but he famously co-starred in the acclaimed 2003 Tamil comedy-drama Anbe Sivam, which was dubbed and broadcast in Hindi and other languages under the title Shivam / Sathyame Sivam.

Synopsis
An arrogant young corporate ad-filmmaker and a scarred, cynical, communist trade-unionist with physical disabilities get stranded together after a flight cancellation in Bhubaneswar. Forced to travel to Chennai together by various modes of transport, their contrasting worldviews spark constant friction. Over the arduous journey, Anbarasu undergoes a profound transformation as he learns about Sivam’s tragic past, deep humanity, and his core philosophical belief that "Love is God" (Anbe Sivam).
