Pooja instantly falls head over heels for him and spends years trying to grab his attention and confess her love. However, when she finally opens up, Giri rejects her, stating that she is too young and needs to focus on her education. The narrative spans seven years as Pooja grows up, goes to medical school, and matures, all while harboring her feelings for Giri. It follows her journey through various heartbreaks, personal growth, and comedic misadventures before life brings the two back across each other's paths.
