SYNOPSIS

Kaise Kahoon Ke... Pyaar Hai is a 2003 Hindi-language romantic crime drama film directed by Anil Senior (Anil Kumaar Sharma) and produced by veteran filmmaker Arjun Hingorani. Released on May 9, 2003, the film was primarily made to launch the producer's son, Amit Hingorani, into the Bollywood industry.

Synopsis
The story follows Karan, a young college student who holds a dark secret. His mother, Lakshmi, had previously left his father, Dharam, because Dharam was a professional robber. Lakshmi wanted to raise her children with dignity, but once Karan grows up, he chooses to support his father's nocturnal crimes and becomes a highly successful burglar himself.

While in college, Karan falls deeply in love with a wealthy girl named Priya. Because of his illegal profession, he lacks the courage to confess his feelings directly to her and only confides in his loyal friend, Sandwich. Priya secretly loves Karan back but is too shy to say anything.

Just as the two finally manage to express their love and prepare to marry, tragedy strikes. Karan discovers he has cancer. Complicating matters further, Priya's wealthy father strongly disapproves of the match. He frames Karan for a murder, leading to Karan's wrongful imprisonment. The rest of the movie details Karan's struggles with his terminal illness, clearing his name, and overcoming the criminal underbelly to reunite with Priya with the help of a tough officer, Arjun Singh.
