Synopsis
The story follows Karan (Govinda) and Divya (Divya Bharti), two college students who fall deeply in love. Their romance faces severe turmoil when Bali (Mohnish Behl)—the arrogant, spoiled younger brother of notorious underworld Don Kali Baba (Gulshan Grover)—also becomes obsessed with Divya.

To assert dominance, Bali enlists in the National Cadet Corps (NCC) camp where Karan trains under the strict disciplinarian Major Lathi (Anupam Kher). Bali constantly tries to humiliate Karan and dismantle his relationship. Deceptions deepen when Divya’s father, Police Commissioner Yashpal Thapa (Alok Nath), mistakenly complies with the gangster family and arranges Divya's engagement to Bali.

When the harassment escalates into extreme violence, Karan and Divya are forced to flee for their lives. Stranded with no resources, they are relentlessly hunted by Kali Baba’s lethal henchmen and the police force. The movie culminates in an action-packed, dramatic showdown where Karan must single-handedly fight the syndicate to protect his love.
