SYNOPSIS

Mr. India (1987) is a cult classic Hindi superhero film directed by Shekhar Kapur and written by Salim-Javed, featuring Anil Kapoor as a violinist who gains invisibility via a secret device to fight the megalomaniac villain Mogambo (Amrish Puri) and protect orphans. Starring Sridevi as a reporter, the film is known for its iconic songs,, emotional depth, and blending of superhero action with family drama. 

Synopsis
Arun Verma (Anil Kapoor) is a kind-hearted, struggling violinist who runs an orphanage, taking in children to keep them off the streets. After facing financial ruin, he discovers a cloaking device invented by his father that makes the wearer invisible, provided they are not in red light. He uses this power to fight the nefarious Mogambo—a crime lord plotting to conquer India—and his henchmen. Along the way, he falls in love with Seema (Sridevi), a tenant-turned-journalist who is initially unaware of his secret identity.
