SYNOPSIS

Blackmail (1973) is a Hindi-language thriller film directed by Vijay Anand. It is notably remembered for its "evergreen" soundtrack and the popular romantic song "Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas," sung by Kishore Kumar. 

Synopsis
The film follows Kailash (Dharmendra), a shy man who loves his childhood friend Asha (Raakhee). Unbeknownst to him, his best friend Jeevan (Shatrughan Sinha) is actually Asha's fiancé. When Kailash's scientist uncle (Madan Puri) invents a revolutionary solar-powered battery formula, the greedy Jeevan schemes to have Kailash marry Asha so he can manipulate them to steal the blueprint.
