Synopsis
The story takes place in a traditional village setting and centers around an aging father named Sohit.
•    The Quest for an Heir: Driven by his late mother Ram Dulari’s intense desire for a grandson to carry on the family lineage, Sohit's family continuously tried for a boy. However, instead of a son, they ended up having seven daughters.
•    The Father's Burden: With his mother now passed away, Sohit is left solely with the immense financial and emotional stress of single-handedly raising seven daughters and worrying about the monumental logistical challenge of arranging all of their marriages.
•    The Sisters' Resolve: Rather than seeing themselves as a burden, the seven sisters unite. They step out into the fields to take over heavy labor, support their struggling father, and refuse to let the village look down on them because of their gender. The narrative follows their collective struggle, family values, and determination to prove that daughters are equal to any son.
