Here's what happened in the seventh episode of the ongoing second season of 'House of the Dragon'.

The penultimate episode of the second season of 'House of the Dragon' finally sees the story move forward, and we will be telling you about everything that happened in the seventh episode of the ongoing second season. However, before getting right to business, we have to give a statutory warning that this article will be filled with spoilers, so if you are yet to watch the episode, refrain from reading further.

Now that we are done with the mandatory warning, let's tell you about everything that transpired in the hour-long seventh episode of the second season.

The closing minutes of the seventh episode see Rhaenyra Targaryen (Emma D’Arcy) finally getting the upper hand over Team Green. At the end of the episode, it is revealed that Rhaenyra has found three new Dragonriders to join Team Black's cause: Hugh (Kieran Bew), Ulf (Tom Bennett), and Addam of Hull (Clinton Liberty).

Prince Regent Aemond (Ewan Mitchell) had to retreat after he found that Rhaenyra had finally gotten the upper hand in the battle for the ultimate Iron Throne.

Aemond first sees a dragon flying over King’s Landing — and as a result, he then heads over to Dragonstone on his dragon, Vhagar. However, upon arriving at Rhaenyra’s base, Aemond turns around, realising that his sole dragon is not a match for the estimated six dragons Rhaenyra now has under her control.

Addam is now the rider of Seasmoke, a dragon that previously belonged to Rhaenyra’s first husband, Corlys’ son Laenor Velayron,

For the unversed, in Season 1, Laenor faked his death and ran off with his lover, with Rhaenyra and Daemon’s help, leaving his dragon behind.

The final episode of the second season of 'House of the Dragon' will start streaming on JioCinema next Monday, August 5.
